Bio
Coach Ruhkala graduated from Del Oro High School, Sierra College, and the University of Iowa. This is his ninth season at Sierra College. Before joining Sierra, he was an assistant coach at California Baptist University. Gabe was a state finalist at Sierra College and was coached by Coach Martinez. After Sierra, he wrestled at the University of Iowa. Gabe is married to Alicia and has four children.
