Bio

The Wolverines are excited to bring back Jeff Cheek for his 2nd season coaching the Offensive Line for the Wolverines in 2025. Coach Cheek is well-respected in the profession and brings extended experience to the staff, having served at previous institutions as a Head Football Coach, Offensive Coordinator, as well as a position coach. 2024 was a very successful season for the Sierra OL, as Coach Cheek mentored a unit that led all Northern CA in yards per rush, red zone scoring and was 2nd in scoring offense. Under his leadership, Adrian Lopez (Lincoln/Stockton HS, Utah Tech) was named All-Conference for the 2nd consecutive year.

A proud Boise State alum, Coach Cheek played at Boise State from 1999-2001 under Head Coaches Dirk Koetter and Dan Hawkins after an All-Conference season at De Anza Junior College. He later returned to Boise as a Graduate Assistant OL Coach in 2009, helping the Broncos win the 2009 Fiesta Bowl over TCU.
